Every tier includes Search Console and full ownership: domain, site, email, and Google listing in your name. Changes beyond the included time are $125 an hour, agreed first.

$250 one time
Email set up at your own domain. No monthly fee to me; you pay the mail provider directly, usually $5 to $10 a month per person.
Extra pages
$150 each, one time
More pages beyond your plan's: pricing, frequently asked questions, or information customers look for. On a Custom build, this is part of the quote.

Send two or three real ones and it goes up that week, on any tier. I will never write them for you.
Google Business Profile setup
$250 one time
Your Google Maps listing, claimed and filled in properly. Then it is yours to run. I do not sell monthly SEO.
